🛒 Ingredients:

2 veal chops (200–250g each)

Sea salt & white pepper

2 tbsp butter

1 garlic clove (smashed)

1 sprig fresh thyme

Optional: herb butter (parsley, lemon zest, chives)
🔥 Method:

Season and rest veal chops for 10 mins.

Heat butter in a skillet until bubbling.

Sear chops for 2–3 mins per side.

Baste with butter, garlic, and thyme.

Rest, then top with herb butter.
