Elegant & Easy – Veal Chops with Herb Butter

Delicate, tender and luxurious — veal chops make any night feel like a special occasion.

 

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 veal chops (200–250g each)

  • Sea salt & white pepper

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 garlic clove (smashed)

  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

  • Optional: herb butter (parsley, lemon zest, chives)

 

🔥 Method:

  1. Season and rest veal chops for 10 mins.

  2. Heat butter in a skillet until bubbling.

  3. Sear chops for 2–3 mins per side.

  4. Baste with butter, garlic, and thyme.

  5. Rest, then top with herb butter.
