During this time of uncertainty and as we are seeing an increase in the volume of orders placed on the website, please read our terms before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend delivery times on any orders once they have been confirmed. This is to due to the nature of our business as we deliver only fresh meat so you can enjoy the best quality.

We can still make some additions to orders providing we have at least 2 days notice. Please bear with our customer care team who work incredibly hard to get through all enquiries. Please allow 48 hours for the team to get back to you.

Yes, you can pick up at our store at the following address:

Greenhill Parade, 25 Great N Rd, New Barnet, Barnet EN5 1EU

We ask you to select the pick-up products from the store at the checkout page for this modality and wait for confirmation of availability to withdraw your order.

We currently do not offer the option to select a delivery interval / time. You will receive a delivery notification by text or email on the day of delivery with an interval of one hour. We also accept delivery instructions if you are not at the time of delivery.

You don't have to be home when we deliver. Our delivery service may leave your box in a safe place, as specified by you in ‘Delivery instructions’ in your account. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to goods left on site. As we deliver perishable goods, we cannot redirect a box.

Local Delivery: We do next day delivery within 5 miles range from our shop for orders placed before 5.00pm.

Standard shipping: Orders Monday through Thursday - until 12 noon will be delivered on the next business day and orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered in 2 business days.

Orders placed from Thursday (after 12h) to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week

Holidays - Delivered on the second business day. Please note that during Christmas and Easter delivery dates may vary.

We only use cardboard boxes, which is made from recycled cardboard and is 100% biodegradable. The cuts are packaged into specially designed insulated boxes, which will stay cold for up to 36 hours.

We never freeze our meat so you can do it when it arrives to you with no need to use it straight away.

Pickup at Our Store: There is no shipping charges when placing an order online to be picked up at out shop. Please wait for the confirmation e-mail that your order is ready to be picked-up

Local Delivery: We locally delivery orders within 5 miles from our shop the next business day when placed before our cut off time at 5pm. For orders with a value of less than 50£ we charge 6£ per order and for orders with a value of 50£ and above we offer free delivery.

Standard Shipping: For all orders outside of our local delivery, we charge £7.19 to delivery at any UK postcode.

We deliver to the majority of UK mainland addresses using our external courier services. Please note that currently we do not ship internationally.

Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a Moore & Sons voucher to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations. within 4 working days of a claim being received.

Due to the nature of our products and in accordance to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), perishable products are not entitled returns or exchanges.

Complaints in respect of the quality of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our Costumer Service for review. Please therefore retain produce for review, and we will reply back to you within 2 working days whenever possible with our findings.
