Ribs Reimagined – Sweet & Spicy Pork Meaty Ribs
Sticky, smoky, and full of flavour — this rib recipe is a guaranteed hit for any BBQ or midweek treat.
🛒 Ingredients:

800g Pork Meaty Ribs

2 tbsp BBQ rub (paprika, garlic, brown sugar, cumin)

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp chili flakes
🔥 Method:

Rub ribs and let them rest for 30 mins.

Roast low and slow: 160 °C for 90 minutes.

Mix honey and chili; glaze ribs.

Roast or grill another 10–15 mins for caramelisation.

Rest and slice.
