Ribs Reimagined – Sweet & Spicy Pork Meaty Ribs

Sticky, smoky, and full of flavour — this rib recipe is a guaranteed hit for any BBQ or midweek treat.

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 800g Pork Meaty Ribs

  • 2 tbsp BBQ rub (paprika, garlic, brown sugar, cumin)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

 

🔥 Method:

  1. Rub ribs and let them rest for 30 mins.

  2. Roast low and slow: 160 °C for 90 minutes.

  3. Mix honey and chili; glaze ribs.

  4. Roast or grill another 10–15 mins for caramelisation.

  5. Rest and slice.
