A multi award winning pudding including a Gold Medal at Blás na hEireann, several All Ireland Black Pudding awards from the Association of Craft Butchers and a Gold Medal at the International Fresh Food/Slavakto, Utrecht Holland. It was a Gold Medal winner at the IFFA 2019 Frankfurt, Germany.
