Everything included in the box is of the best quality and beautifully prepared. Every piece of meat on the skewers is of a good size and trimmed nicely, the sausages are top rate, burgers delicious…. A pleasure to cook and even better to eat!

The lamb shanks were delivered in perfect condition and were huge. I used them to make kleftiko for Easter Sunday. They were so tasty and the family really enjoyed them. Will definitely order again.

Ideal Easter roast for one or two people - ideally could have roast for a bit longer. But my recipe with diced garlic and mint jelly was a work in progress
