A must for cheese ploughmans or sandwiches. As the name suggests, our piccalilli has lots of chunky vegetables (namely Onion, Cauliflower, Carrot, Courgettes and Green Beans) with a mild mustard sauce. Because it’s chunky, it is not best used in sandwiches as it keeps falling out and onto my nice clean floor – you’re safer if you stick it on the side of your plate of Pork Pie.
